As much as we love and appreciate Senator Harris’s struggle against manterruptions in Congress, it’s also important to hold the people you respect accountable for the shitty things they’ve done. In this case, it’s important to call out the Senator’s anti-sex worker position and her fight against Backpage, which is only going to drive sex work even further underground and put more sex workers at risk of violence and exploitation.
