Afternoon Snack

Hi!! We hope you’re doing ok. We got you some things we think you’ll like! Things are rough right now but you’re brave and strong, and we hope that perusing some Good Internet Things gives you that mid-afternoon boost you might need. Let’s get to it!

One of our favorite series from The Toast is now a book that’ll be coming out in May! We will always buy these ladies’ work, we are so stoked, thank Hera for the Toast.

If you are a comics artist looking to break into the industry by pitching your first book, Jason Thibault has spun up a super exhaustive list of tons of publishers and all their submission requirements! A good place to start if you (like so many of us!) are (understandably!) nervous about the pitching process. Go forth and make comics, y’all!

Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card episodes have started coming out and we are FULL of feelings about it. So, of course, articles like this about the friendships of CSS are really the kinds of content we’re craving right now!!

The Awl is ending and we are so sad to see it go. Thank you for all that you did, The Awl, you were an inspiration.

Yes, the editors of POME are located in both Austin and Portland and as such we are contractually obligated to inform you off all dairy alternative news. Pea protein!!!
