Afternoon Snack

Friends and comrades, welcome back to Afternoon snack! This week we bring you new ttrpgs to throw your money at, some curséd apparel, and queer celebration and joy in living altars.

Tag urself, we are ????

In more “Throw Money at This Crowdfunding Project” news, Ryne is not live on Indiegogo! It sounds like a great fit for roleplayers who love feelings and giant creatures. (So, us!!!)

Not our fave Akiko Higashimura getting in on NTFs!!! Nooooo!!!

In interesting and potentially positive (???) manga news, Square Enix has launched a manga reading platform called Manga UP! Although the in-game currency is very confusing?? But maybe this will be a good way for English-readers to read some of those hard-to-find-in-North-America manga we’ve been dying to read?? Who knows!!

In extremely cool news, a collective of Black and Brown queer and trans artists in Boston have started “UnBound Bodies,” a public art installation and “living altar” that aims to connect these communities to the land and spirit they inhabit.
