Sidekicked Issue #10 – Batman v Superman: No Need for Justice

July 8, 2015 at 11:53 am

“With great power comes great responsibility.” Great advice a wonderful uncle gave to his nephew before dying. Too bad that nephew wasn’t named Kal-El. In the film Man of Steel, Superman does not show much in regards to restraint when battling his foes. The results have caused Batman to pay a visit to Metropolis. But does Batman have what it takes to take down the last son of Krypton? Is Batman’s reason to fight Superman even justified? David and Vincent discuss the superhero fight that has divided nerds for generations. Two nerds walk into the thunderdome, only one will come back next week.

David Gimnich

David is a cool human and the co-host of the Sidekicked Podcast with Vincent Powell! He hates long walks on the beach, but only because there is so much sand. He knows more about Marvel than DC. He is a feminist, regardless of the fact that he is a guy. You haven't heard of him, well he's a big deal in Latveria.

Vincent Powell

He's a mean, lean, nerding machine. A comic book reader since he was 6 years old, Vincent has developed a true passion for the inner-workings of what makes comics great. He has now been drafted by the Uncanny Pome Magazine to unleash his thoughts and views. Along with his partner, David, the two of them analyze the comic book industry for a new generation of fans.
