Sidekicked Issue #39 – Are resurrections causing the death of comic books?
January 27, 2016 at 1:51 pm
“It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s Superman! Wait… didn’t he die last week?” Death is a part of the circle of life that comic books turned into a rotating door. While some characters have died and remained dead, many of the more iconic deaths of DC and Marvel comics were followed by resurrections of the same character. Some would argue this cheapens death, others argue that this gives comic books a story tool not found in other genres. Well, this sounds like a debate perfect for the men of Sidekicked to have, so let’s listen for their opinions.
